Returns Eligible items may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Personalized & Custom Items Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for you, all customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
Final Sale & Clearance items, final-sale merchandise, and personalized/custom products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Refunds Once an approved return is received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, less applicable return shipping and restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
